Accelerate Solar for Affordable Power (ASAP) Act

Healthy Homes Right to Know Act

This bill requires manufacturers of gas stoves to place a warning label on any gas stoves.
Lead-Free Parks
Status: In Senate Health Committee
A.3098 (Burdick) | S.2438 (Gianaris)
The bill amends Section 1110 of the Public Health Law to require testing and remediation of lead in drinking water at New York’s state and local parks.
Protecting PFAS Drinking Water Limits
Status: In Senate Health Committee
A.8758A (Barrett) | S.6570A (Harckham)
This bill amends the public health law to codify the current federal limits on PFAS in drinking water, with compliance required no later than 2029.

Find Lead Pipes Faster Act
A.2181 (Paulin) | S.3581 (Rivera)
This bill amends the public health law to make it easier for water utilities to conduct service line inspections to identify lead service lines.
Previously Owned Zero-Emission Vehicles Rebate Program
Status: In Senate Energy Committee
A.349A (Barrett) | S.2032A (Harckham)
This bill establishes an EV rebate program. Institutions, commercial entities and consumers can apply for a rebate of up to $2,000.
