E-mail a photo/resume and a note with why you want to be part of Girl Be Heard to
auditions@girlbeheard.org. You do not need to have a professional photo/resume to be considered. Your slot will include your performance of the work and a brief interview.
Girl Be Heard seeks performers, songwriters, dancers, writers, and activists to join our theatre ensemble – young women ages 12 through 21 only! Young women of all backgrounds, abilities, gender expressions, ethnicities, races, sexual orientations, religions, and nationalities are strongly encouraged to audition.
Ensemble members meet every Sunday from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and have public performances in December 2016 and May 2017.
Girl Be Heard is a theatre company that provides free programs to budding young performing artists, actors, writers, spoken word poets, songwriters, rappers, and step and other dancers.
