Neighborhood Clean Up Program The Richmond County Savings Foundation is encouraging local not-for-profits to submit proposals for neighborhood clean-ups. The foundation will provide funding for equipment including tools, garbage bags, flowers, landscaping and more – Up to $2,500! *RCSF will not cover salaries *Only Staten Island based not-for-profits accepted Please complete the application no later than 2/15/2026. One submission per organization. |
