I am sorry and very saddened to let you know of a very dear close friend and leader of the community and Staten Island, Our good friend Joseph Manfredi has passed.  Our prays go out to Nick and his family. Joe will be missed greatly and will be remembered for all the unique, outstanding and loyal help he dedicated to all his family, friends, and the South Beach Civic Association.  Our prays are with you always. May god bless Joe Manfredi and his loving family.
